WESTBROOK RACING BY VISIT ANGOLA ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH ELECTRA Ai

Three-year partnership will launch at the 2026 E1 Championship finale in Miami, bringing additional battery intelligence and post-race performance analysis to the team.

Boston, MA, USA, 13 October 2026 – Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola today announced a new three-year partnership with ELECTRA AI, the AI Brain for Batteries™ platform, bringing additional battery health intelligence and post-race performance analysis into the team’s engineering toolkit in the UIM E1 World Championship.

The partnership will officially launch at the final round of the 2026 E1 Championship in Miami in November, where the Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola RaceBird will proudly carry ELECTRA AI branding for the first time. Senior representatives from ELECTRA AI are also expected to join the team in Miami as the two organisations begin working together and kick off the use of ELECTRA AI’s software as part of the partnership.

The collaboration will focus on two key areas. ELECTRA AI will provide Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola with greater insight into battery health and performance over time, helping the team to better understand degradation and longer-term performance trends. By building this understanding across successive events and seasons, the team can develop a more detailed picture of how the battery is performing and use those insights as part of its engineering analysis and preparation.

In addition using the team’s post-race telemetry data – ELECTRA AI will process this data to better understand how the team uses its power boost and help optimise its race strategy for the specific characteristics and layout of each race course. The resulting analysis provides Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola’s engineers and pilots with additional information that will be considered when preparing race strategy for each E1 race.

The software makes no changes to the RaceBird’s existing battery pack or battery management system. It operates as an additional analytical tool using the team’s telemetry, while all engineering and racing decisions remain with Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola.

Phil Allen, Team Principal of Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola, said: “Understanding both the longer-term health of the battery and how we use the available power on track can give our engineers valuable additional information. ELECTRA AI will complement the expertise already within the team and help us turn post-race data into useful insights as we prepare for each race course. We look forward to beginning the partnership in Miami and seeing the benefits quickly.”

Fabrizio Martini, CEO and Co-Founder of ELECTRA AI, said: “E1 provides a demanding environment in which battery understanding and energy strategy are critical. Our role is to give Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola deeper insight into battery health and its post-race performance data, supporting the team’s engineers and pilots while keeping every racing decision firmly in their hands.”

The Miami finale will mark the first activation of the partnership, bringing together the Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola and ELECTRA AI teams as the championship reaches its decisive final rounds.
