REGENERATIVE IMPACT

1. Partnering with Run Blue, our Sustainability Partner, we are organizing three global virtual runs during 2025 alongside in-person runs during race events, to raise awareness of water conservation and fund vital local regeneration projects.

2. Promoting regenerative tourism through Interactive Video Maps at every race location, showcasing conservation stories. Unlike sustainable tourism, regenerative tourism goes beyond minimizing harm – it seeks to leave a lasting, positive legacy for future generations.

3. We’re taking our commitment to sustainability to the world stage by participating in high-profile events like the UN Ocean Conference, and E1 webinars and panel discussions.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CIRCULAR ECONOMY

1. We are working towards carbon neutrality by carefully tracking and minimizing emissions.

2. Our Sustainability Video Series, Westbrook Racing: Driving Sustainability will feature team members, experts, and global intergovernmental, institutional or commercial partners to educate and inspire for action. 

3. We will develop partnership programs with leading organizations such as the International Union for Conservation of Nature, and in close connection to E1’s Blue Impact Programme.

EMPOWERMENT

1. We will be organizing A Day with the Pilots,  to inspire the next generation of leaders by offering underrepresented youth hands-on mentoring and exposure to STEM and motorsport careers.

2. We will be engaging diverse audiences and promoting DEI by using Will Smith’s global reach.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

1. We will be working closely with local stakeholders to promote conservation, and amplify both cultural and environmental heritage.

2. We will be hosting virtual tours of our team facilities.

3. We will be welcoming local volunteers from NGOs or universities during race events, with the support of CORDAP, our Local Impact Partne.

INNOVATION FOR PERFORMANCE

1. Always testing and implementing break through innovations working closely with E1 to showcase technology. Our mission is to demonstrate that high performance and sustainability can, and should, go hand in hand.

2. We will have an on-site educational booth to merge innovation and environmental education.

TRANSPARENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY

1. We will be publishing an annual impact report that aligns with global frameworks such as the UN SDGs.

2. The team is a signatory of the Sports for Nature Framework, reinforcing our commitment to environmental conservation and nature-positive practices within the world of sports.
